Loan Servicing Internship

The internship role is responsible for processing applications and evaluating risk. As part of this role you will review and process loan documentation, act as the members advocate, find loan processing solutions, and act as their primary point of contact and ensure every member has amazing experience. • All components of loan processing are completed accurately and thoroughly documented
• Underwriting tasks as assigned
• Tailoring responses and actions based on individual preferences and activity
• Conducting thorough application review at each touch point to ensure correct actions are taken
• Handling questions from borrowers and setting proactive review points
• Ensuring quality of service for their borrowers at every touch point
• Sorting through applicant information and maintaining accurate records

• Preference for Sophomores or Juniors / Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Highly motivated and dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent typing/data entry skills

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects.
• Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
