This full‑time teller position is located at the Callaghan Branch in San Antonio, Texas (Job : R223692).

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers on alternative financial products and services.
• Identify banking opportunities during conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
