Financial Reporting Manager

San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 2 days in / 3 days remote)
$130,000 – $160,000

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the financial reporting process across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
  • Handle regulatory reporting, board-level materials, and quarterly call reports
  • Oversee audit coordination and consolidated reporting across multiple entities
  • Manage and develop a small, high-performing team
  • Partner with leadership on acquisitions and integration work
  • Identify areas to streamline reporting and implement better tools/processes (Power BI, Power Query, SQL, etc.)
  • Get involved in broader cross-functional initiatives where finance has a seat at the table
What they’re looking for
  • Active CPA
  • Background in public accounting, ideally with financial institutions, or a mix of public + industry
  • 5+ years in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting within banking/financial services
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Someone who’s comfortable improving processes, not just maintaining them
  • Strong communicator who can work across teams and with leadership
