What you’ll be doing

Lead the financial reporting process across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Handle regulatory reporting, board-level materials, and quarterly call reports
Oversee audit coordination and consolidated reporting across multiple entities
Manage and develop a small, high-performing team
Partner with leadership on acquisitions and integration work
Identify areas to streamline reporting and implement better tools/processes (Power BI, Power Query, SQL, etc.)
Get involved in broader cross-functional initiatives where finance has a seat at the table

What they’re looking for

Active CPA
Background in public accounting, ideally with financial institutions, or a mix of public + industry
5+ years in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting within banking/financial services
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
Someone who’s comfortable improving processes, not just maintaining them
Strong communicator who can work across teams and with leadership
