Construction Controller (Confidential Search)

Compensation: $100K+ Base + Consistent Bonus History

A rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization is seeking a Construction Controller to partner directly with ownership and lead the company through its next phase of expansion.

This is a newly created role driven by growth and succession planning, offering a unique opportunity to step into a highly influential position with immediate impact. The CFO will take ownership of the financial function, provide strategic guidance, and help scale the business as it continues its strong upward trajectory.

• Company revenue growth from $30M to $45M, with projections of $50M+ in the near term
• Significant expansion opportunities, including new markets and service lines

• Serve as a strategic financial leader and thought partner to ownership
• Oversee all accounting and finance functions across a multi-entity structure
• Lead cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and capital strategy
• Analyze deals, project profitability, and business performance
• Own and manage P&L oversight across multiple revenue streams
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
• Develop scalable processes to support rapid growth and increased transaction volume
• Provide guidance to operations on financial decision-making (e.g., cost, pricing, investments)
• Lead and mentor the accounting team while fostering a collaborative, low-ego culture

• Strong background in construction or project-based industries
• Demonstrated ability to support and scale a company through rapid growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
