Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Finance

Department: Finance

Thompson San Antonio-Riverwalk is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who is responsible for full‑cycle A/R processing with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, hourly position.

• Classify and record checks and ACH receipts in General Ledger system
• Process and verify weekly member invoices and mail
• Process and verify weekly third party (OTA) processors
• Research third party suspense logs, correct and process
• Research hotel out balances related to General Ledger accounts
• Set up new codes, routing, mapping for related systems
• Process Direct Billing applications
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Resolve variances timely to all customers and department managers
• Handle billing inquiries from customers, investigate and resolve all issues
• Monthly and Year-End closing responsibilities
• Maintain a clean A/R aging
• Perform other duties as required

• Bachelor's degree, Accounting degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight time frames.
• Adapts well to change in the work environment
• Knowledge of Opera Front Office system ideal
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn different accounting programs
