Accounts Payable Specialist Job San Antonio area,Texas USA,Finance & Banking

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who can jump in quickly and help support a busy team during an important system implementation.

This is a hands-on, high-volume role where you'll be helping keep operations moving during an ERP go-live. If you're someone who likes to stay busy, enjoys digging into details, and isn't afraid of rolling up your sleeves, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing

Processing a high volume of invoices (around 100 per day)
Managing and responding to a large volume of emails (about half your day)
Researching discrepancies and following up to get missing information
Supporting AP processes across multiple locations
Helping the team stay organized during a system transition

This role is very manual, so attention to detail and consistency are key.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team player with a good attitude and willingness to help where needed
Able to stay on top of multiple tasks without losing attention to detail

Bonus if you have:

Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365)
Previous AP or accounting support experience

Work Details

Hours:

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (working through lunch)
Expected overtime: about 5 hours per week
Schedule:

fully on-site
Dress code: business casual
Reporting to the AP Manager and working with a team of about 5
