The Universal Banker with Plains Capital Bank is a cross‑trained retail banking professional, providing both new accounts and teller services. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of products and available services and performs a variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, assisting with account inquiries and cash handling duties. The Universal Banker has a passion for meeting and building rapport with new clients and a desire to provide the one‑on‑one attention our customers expect.
A versatile, team‑player, the Universal Banker is able to work with minimal direct supervision and may mentor other members of the retail banking team on concepts related to cross‑selling bank products and services and deepening customer relationships.
