** Job Description and Requirements
** The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for the servicing of portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors.
** Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
*** Answer calls, chats, and e-mails related to portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors.
* Process payments and payoffs.
* Facilitate disbursements for hazard, flood, and windstorm insurance payments from the borrower’s escrow account and monitor insurance on non-escrow mortgage loans.
* Process advances on HELOC loans.
* Process modification requests on portfolio mortgage loans.
* Review insurance claim checks up to $5,000.
* Process requests for termination of Private Mortgage Insurance and removal of escrow.
* Process release of liens on mortgage loans.
* Image documents into OnBase and Encompass.
* Maintain a high level of member service in a call center/work group environment.
* All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice).
** Requirements:
*** High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 6 months of member/customer service experience
* ** Must be available to work on Saturdays as needed
*** Ability to use phone and automated loan system effectively
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
* Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment
* Strong proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word and Docu Sign
** Preferred:
*** Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish
