Experienced Financial Analyst (Level
3) to join the Finance Analysis Center Of Excellence (COE) team in San Antonio, TX. This role offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

• Serve as the primary contact for San Antonio, interfacing with executive leadership and the site CFO, and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Initiate assignments and integrate analysis for the site, functions and pools in areas such as resource forecasts, financial estimates for budgets, monthly performance, Opportunities and Risks (O&R) and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare financial reporting and leadership‑level presentations.
• Partner with program customers, Boeing Global Services and Financial Analysis Verticals to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant operations.
• Participate in process reviews and initiatives, understand the impact of changes across the value stream, ensure coordination, communicate the need for change to stakeholders, and act as finance representative lead for cross‑business/COE engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in a business‑related function (e.g., Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management).
• 3+ years of experience working with large data in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets.
• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
• 3+ years of experience with data and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Enterprise Accounting Systems (EAS).

• Experience working as a collaborative change agent.
• Ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain the “why” in senior‑leadership briefings.
• Experience leading teams or projects formally or informally.
• Project‑management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to drive and lead implementation of process improvements.
• Experience working in a challenging, fast‑paced, geo‑diverse team environment.
• Experience with forecasting, resource planning, estimates at completion (EAC) or cost management systems.
• Ability to work across functions and represent finance effectively.
• Technical problem‑solving ability within the team (go‑to person) and proficiency with advanced MS Excel and predictive analytics tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both virtual and in person.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables.

The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Base pay range: $90,950 - $123,050. Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications and market considerations.
