• Own marketing budget planning, forecasting, and spend tracking across promotions, campaigns, and media investments
• Partner directly with Marketing leaders, agencies, FP&A, and cross‑functional teams to translate spend into performance insights
• Analyze pre and post‑campaign results to connect marketing investments to sales impact and ROI
• Play a key role in transitioning marketing budgeting into the Business Analytics team, helping shape new processes and tools

• Expertise in marketing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or marketing finance (flexible for the right background)
• Strong working knowledge of variance analysis, ROI measurement, and performance reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
