Position: Bilingual Spanish -Part Time Teller Central Park

Position Overview

As a Part‑Time Teller at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage high‑volume banking transactions, educate customers on technology, and identify banking product referral opportunities. The position is located in San Antonio, Texas at the Central Park branch and requires Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial well‑being.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
  • Identify banking opportunities and refer to branch staff appropriately.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures and use sound judgment within established limits.
  • Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
