Fp&A Analyst

A growing, multi-site healthcare organization has partnered exclusively with Core6 Talent to find an FP&A Analyst to join its team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers the opportunity to partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives that support the organization's continued growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical finance professional who enjoys financial modeling, forecasting, operational analytics, and solving complex business challenges. This is a fun role where you'll gain exposure to acquisitions, long-range planning, and executive decision-making while helping build and strengthen the FP&A function.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and business initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Analyze financial and operational performance across multiple locations
• Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration efforts
• Create executive reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to provide actionable insights
• Contribute to process improvements and the continued development of the FP&A function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Approximately 4-8+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations preferred
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with Data Rails, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
