Bilingual Spanish- Teller Lead Park

Position Overview

Lead Teller within PNC's retail banking organization.

Location:

Central Park, San Antonio, TX. Bilingual Spanish required. This in‑office position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting branch operations.

• Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers to deliver unique customer experience, improve financial wellbeing, and increase share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives for financial transactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during interactions and refers to appropriate branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Utilizes technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on managing financial transactions.
• Assists Branch Manager with performance management and new‑hire selection processes.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are complete efficiently and accurately.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Relevant experience: 1+ years related to teller or retail banking functions. A university/college degree is not required, but a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Preferred skills:
