Job Family: Administration Support and Clerical

Travel Required: Up to 10%

As a Loan Reconciliation Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day‑to‑day lender service operations including the following loan servicing functions:

• Verification of lender loan transcripts
• Confirmation of investor loan payments
• Reconciliation of balance differences
• Execution of payment calculations
• Transmission and approval of money movements

You will select the appropriate methods from a variety of procedures, make simple adaptations, interpret limited guides and manuals, and match clerical steps to the task alation of recognized issues will also be part of your responsibilities.

• High school diploma or GED (minimum).

• 0–2 years of work experience.

• U.S. citizenship.

• Ability to work full time in an office setting.

• Knowledge of SBA lending, SBA 7a Secondary Market, or SBA Form 1502 reporting.
