Treasury Manager

Interim Treasury & Capital Optimization Manager (Approx. 3-Month Engagement)

Vaco is partnering with a San Antonio-based client seeking an experienced Treasury & Capital Optimization Manager for an interim engagement expected to last approximately three months.

This individual will play a key role in supporting the VP of Finance and driving initiatives related to treasury operations, cash flow optimization, working capital management, and capital planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
• Debt management and FX exposure analysis
• CAPEX budgeting, governance, and investment analysis
• SG&A forecasting, reporting, and cost management
• Financial reporting and executive-level business partnering
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other business leaders

Qualified candidates will have experience in:

• Treasury operations and cash management
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Working capital improvement initiatives
• CAPEX planning and financial analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environments preferred
