Replicant is a $113M Series B conversational AI platform that automates customer service for enterprise contact centers.

As the CFO's right hand, you will lead FP&A end-to-end, building the financial engine for a generational AI company. Reporting to Natalya Davick (ex-Google, SoFi), you'll own forecasting, budgeting, and SaaS metrics like LTV/CAC and NRR. This hands-on role transforms complex data into strategic decisions to drive our next stage of growth.

• Report directly to a high-caliber CFO (ex-Google, Twitter, SoFi, Postmates) and play a pivotal role in shaping a scaling finance function from the ground up.
• Join a well-funded Series B company with $113M in backing that is already resolving 80% of customer calls autonomously for major enterprises.
• Transition from a hands-on builder to a strategic leader with a seat at the table for every major decision, including pricing, M&A, and geographic expansion.

• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range scenario modeling to ensure fundraising readiness and support major strategic growth initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to define and monitor performance metrics like gross margin, NRR, and LTV/CAC.
• Run monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the board and leadership team while automating financial workflows to support global scalability.

• Brings 8+ years of progressive finance experience with a deep foundation in FP&A and strategic finance within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of building complex financial models from scratch rather than just reviewing work from a large analyst team.
• Possesses high curiosity for integrating AI into FP&A workflows and a strong command of SaaS unit economics to proactively manage cash runway.
