Union Home Mortgage Corp. seeks a Condition Underwriter to review 14-16 condition files per day, ensuring documentation meets investor and regulatory requirements for final loan approval.
You will communicate with internal and external partners, stay current on FHA/VA/USDA guidelines and overlays, and maintain quality control ratings.
3–5 years in prefunding QC or underwriting help desk, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
Encompass LOS experience is preferred.
