Finom is seeking a seasoned Fraud Risk Manager to own end-to-end fraud risk management as a 2nd line of defense. You will ensure controlled geographic and product expansion, monitoring metrics and leading a small investigation team across Europe.
You will collaborate with ML, risk, product, and QA teams to implement robust anti-fraud controls, drive improvements, and participate in annual risk assessments and audits. A strong startup mindset and English fluency are essential.
