Our client, a growing direct lender, is seeking a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer (Spanish) to join their San Antonio office. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with a realtor in a shared office
, giving you immediate access to a steady flow of purchase leads.
Manage inbound purchase leads and convert them into funded loans.
Originate a mix of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional purchase loans.
Leverage bilingual skills to support Spanish-speaking borrowers.
Work closely with the in-house underwriting and closing team for fast turnarounds.
Provide exceptional service and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
QualificationsActive Texas NMLS license required- must be current on CE
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
Proven history of success in mortgage sales.
Purchase experience strongly preferred.
Some self-sourced business a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in Encompass and Nexus preferred.
