Bilingual Escrow Officer- San Antonio

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Escrow, Banking, and Legal industries. We have a growing national title insurance company with a branch in San Antonio that is looking to hire an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Escrow Officer to join their growing operations.

Pay Range: $75,000- $85,000/yr.

• Candidate will be responsible for bringing residential and commercial escrows to a close.
• Read closing instructions and balance file.
• Prepare documents for closing, recording, and issuing all checks.
• Contacts title company, lenders, and customers with questions and issues to resolve.
• Responsible for receiving in closing packages from notary signers.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and send out funding documents.
• Handles the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
• Reviews title to confirm liens are released, or the appropriate documentation is received.
• Prepares title policy and reviews recordings for accuracy and forwards the complete file to the County Recorder or internal Recording Department.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years title/escrow experience.
• Signing authority is a must.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High-level multitasking and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
