Description
:

• Merge accounts onto companies platform and verify data for accuracy.
• Coordinate and process information received.
• Assist in preparing information for filing documents.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the following information on earnings and profits, foreign taxes paid, parent company stock basis, and audit proceedings.
• Assist in preparing income tax provision calculation and review tax provision calculations.
• Maintain awareness of current technical and business developments.
• Research and analyze tax issues as they arise.
• Assist with foreign country tax issues.

Qualifications
:

• Skills in automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath or any LLM tools like Chat GPT
• Ability to accurately process data for customer’s tax profiles on various client systems including account level systems
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing in systems as needed

• Skilled in automation tools such as Alteryx, UIPath and Tableau
• Verify that modifications in data are fed to various systems
• Update tracking mechanisms to ensure data capture
• Learn and use multiple, complex databases and systems in a relatively short timeframe
• Strong client focus and relationship-building skills across lines of business and levels
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in high-pressure environment
• Ability to make independent ‘client-centric’ and judgment decisions
• Recognize and appropriately escalated issues and discrepancies
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
