Expert Opportunity - Policy Analyst ($70​/hr, up to $1,400​/week

About This Opportunity

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced policy analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We’re looking for policy analysts with 5+ years in government agency operations, public administration, or policy implementation to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: policy briefing memos for agency leadership, interagency coordination and program status reports, rule making public comment response summaries, grant compliance packages and reporting narratives, constituent correspondence and case management logs, and appropriations request narratives for agency budgets.

$70/hour

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rule making public comment procedure, and appropriations request narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
