Job Title
Duties
DUTY 1:
Conducts and oversees the most complex collection of multi-source intelligence. Serves as a subject matter expert for Human intelligence (HUMINT) collection and operations.
DUTY 2:
Develops and presents ISR capabilities to a wide variety of service, national and coalition customers. Provides Combatant Commanders the intelligence information derived from ISR assets (HUMINT) to maximize their own forces' effectiveness by optimizing friendly force strengths, exploiting adversary weaknesses, and countering adversary strengths.
DUTY 3:
Serves as a senior adviser and primary consultant in the dissemination of multi-source intelligence. Plans, directs and oversees ISR operations.
DUTY 4:
Serves as a senior technical authority on ISR issues. Makes authoritative recommendations and defends decisions on operations policy matters to the Director and AF ISR Agency staff and is often required to make difficult decisions committing Organization funds or resources impacting future capabilities.
DUTY 5:
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
