Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions, in-store and over the phone;
Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with guests and manage the services booking system;
Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, managing guest records and salon traffic flow, and suggesting add-on services when booking appointments;
Inform guests of current promotions and events and invite them to try services while providing product and service recommendations;
Build guest relationships, identify guest needs, and collaborate with managers, stylists, and skin therapists to deliver an exceptional guest experience
