As a member of the Sharkey’s CUT CREW
, you are more than a stylist — you are a key part of creating a fun, stress-free haircut experience for kids and families. CUT CREW stylists deliver high-quality haircuts while keeping kids engaged, smiling, and comfortable from start to finish.

• Perform professional haircuts for children (newborn through teens)
• Create a positive, upbeat experience for kids and parents
• Follow Sharkey’s haircut standards and service flow
• Communicate clearly with parents about haircut preferences
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
• Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, safe workstation
• Support fellow CUT CREW members as a team player

• Kids leave happy and confident
• Parents feel informed and cared for
• Haircuts are consistent, clean, and on-brand
• The salon stays on pace during peak times
• Teamwork and professionalism are always present

• Up to $30/hour total compensation (hourly salary + tips)
• Tips paid out immediately

• Valid Oklahoma Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
