Position Overview As a member of the Sharkey's CUT CREW, you are more than a stylist — you are a key part of creating a fun, stress-free haircut experience for kids and families. CUT CREW stylists deliver high-quality haircuts while keeping kids engaged, smiling, and comfortable from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities (CUT CREW Role)

• Perform professional haircuts for children (newborn through teens)
• Create a positive, upbeat experience for kids and parents
• Follow Sharkey's haircut standards and service flow
• Communicate clearly with parents about haircut preferences
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
• Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, safe workstation
• Support fellow CUT CREW members as a team player

What Success Looks Like

• Kids leave happy and confident
• Parents feel informed and cared for
• Haircuts are consistent, clean, and on-brand
• The salon stays on pace during peak times
• Teamwork and professionalism are always present

Compensation & Perks

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Kids' haircut experience is a plus — training provided
