Diesel Barbershop is hiring a licensed Barber or Hair Stylist in San Antonio, Tx. If you’re passionate about men’s grooming, enjoy building lasting client relationships, and want to work in a high-energy barbershop environment, we’d love to meet you.

Whether you specialize in fades, beard work, classic barbering, or modern men’s haircuts, Diesel offers the opportunity to grow your clientele while working alongside a supportive team of professionals.

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, skin fades, tapers, beard trims, and straight razor services
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and deliver consistent results
• Create an outstanding guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Recommend products and services that fit each client’s needs
• Build a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service and relationship-building
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Contribute to a positive team culture and help create an exceptional shop environment

• Active Barber or Cosmetology License in Texas
• Experience with men’s haircuts, fades, clipper work, shear cutting, and beard grooming
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume barbershop environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
