Zhen Day Spa & Beauty is seeking two experienced, professional, and dependable Licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to join our growing beauty and wellness team.

This is a dual-role position combining professional esthetic services with front desk and customer service responsibilities.

When you have scheduled clients, your primary focus will be providing high-quality skincare and beauty services. Between appointments, you will assist with front desk operations, scheduling, client communication, rebooking, retail sales, and daily spa operations.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about skincare, take pride in excellent customer service, and are motivated to build a loyal clientele and grow with our spa.

• Perform professional facials and customized skincare treatments.
• Perform chemical peels and other advanced treatments within the scope of your Texas license and training.
• Provide facial and body waxing services.
• Conduct professional skin consultations and assess clients' skincare needs.
• Create personalized treatment and home-care recommendations.
• Educate clients about skincare routines, products, and ingredients.
• Recommend appropriate professional skincare products and services.
• Rebook clients and develop long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Prepare, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Follow all required safety, sanitation, licensing, and spa protocols.
• Participate in training and continuing professional development.

• Professionally greet and welcome clients.
• Check clients in and out.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Assist clients with selecting appropriate services.
• Process payments and complete client checkout.
• Rebook future appointments.
• Explain spa services, memberships, packages, gift cards, and promotions.
• Assist with retail skincare and product sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Support daily spa operations during available time between appointments.

• Current Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology Operator License required.
• Professional esthetician or skincare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, treatments, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally with clients.
• Comfortable using appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
• Confident recommending appropriate services and retail products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to assist with both treatment-room and front-desk responsibilities.
• Motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
