The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and beauty education, using in-store and digital tools to build customer loyalty.
Responsibilities- Apply makeup, assess skincare needs, and recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
- Keep current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to contribute to an inclusive team environment and handle customer concerns empathetically.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
