- Provide hands-on therapy to clients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of progress and treatment plans
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans as directed by the occupational therapist.
- Continuously update knowledge of therapeutic techniques and advancements in the field
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of work
- Provide direct patient care and support in activities of daily living (ADLs) to enhance patient independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and modify care plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- A genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for patients through therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and its application in therapy settings.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.

- Experience or familiarity with pediatric care is preferred.
- Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
