Pay: $70.00 - $115.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

• Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care
• Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's
• Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes
• Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications
• Be willing to travel within an established radius
• Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in TX
• Work experience of at least one year as a Physical Therapist with adult and pediatrics experience
• Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System
