- Coronado at Stone Oak - San Antonio
- Windemere at Westover Hills - San Antonio
- Sorrento - San Antonio
- Sundance Inn Health Center - New Braunfels

Essential Functions:
- Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
- Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures.
- Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions, and contraindication.
- Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward their maximum level of independence and/or function.
- Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient‑related activities in accordance with state practice act.
- Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff.
- Must be capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
