Repair Bench Technician; San Antonio, TX

Overview

Join Arjo's team of Bench Technicians in our San Antonio repair facility. In this role, you will repair and service a variety of Arjo's medical products. The selected Technician will be trained on and expected to perform various functions of device repair and service, including troubleshooting, replacement of parts, assembly and testing.

• Repair and service Arjo-owned and Customer-owned products, including pneumatic, mattress/surface, ultrasound, and Doppler devices
• Check tools and equipment
• Maintain proper documentation for work completed including accurately documented physical and electronic service records as required by facility procedures
• Inventory counting or movement as required

• High School Degree / GED equivalent
• Experience in a mechanical or electrical assembly position strongly preferred
• Technical competency in repair and service of electrical devices
• Ability to read and understand service manuals, technical specifications, and work instructions as required
• Must be able to work occasional Saturdays and overtime, as necessary
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment when potential hazards exist
• Must be able to lift/carry 45lbs individually, and team-lift heavier items
• Must be able to push up to 625 lbs. on wheels
