The Senior Coordinator, Program Management supports Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs by overseeing daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, accreditation compliance, scheduling, and documentation. Serving as a key liaison among trainees, faculty, and institutional partners, the coordinator ensures programs run efficiently and meet regulatory standards. This role requires strong professionalism, organization, and independent judgment while assisting with budgeting, evaluations, and the overall delivery of high-quality educational experiences.
