This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Access Representative, located in New Braunfels, TX. The Patient Access Representative is responsible for managing patient registration, verifying insurance information, and accurately completing data entry. The role involves regular communication with patients to facilitate a seamless registration process and address inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with medical and operational protocols and supporting an efficient front-end workflow within the healthcare environment.

• Proficiency in Insurance Verification and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Experience with Patient Registration and Typing skills to ensure accurate data entry
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site healthcare environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus
