Behavior Technician

Little Spurs Autism Centers is looking to build a caring, energetic team to serve children at both of our locations. Interested in working with children or those with special needs? Our new Behavior Technician program is the perfect entry-level position into the world of ABA therapy. Our extensive 30‑day training program pays for and provides you with the knowledge to be promoted to a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at our center.

Then you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism, helping them learn social skills, communicate, decrease problem behaviors, and become independent!

Status:
Part Time

• Little Spurs will pay all the cost of time and training to become a Registered Behavior Technician. This career track includes the following incentives and benefits:
• Pay during 30‑day training period - $16.00
• Little Spurs pays all cost of training and certification
• Upon completion of certification, raise to $18.00
• After completion of RBT certification, further promotions and career advancements are available!
• American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date
• We use E‑Verify

• High school diploma or equivalent and desire to advance professionally and provide exceptional care to children.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Enjoy working with children!

• Provide play‑based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis.
• Work with encouraging and supportive team members in our center.
• Utilize a company‑provided iPad to collect data.
• Work under the supervision and support of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Little Spurs Autism Centers was created in 2022 after our sister company, Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, saw the increasing need for supportive, evidence‑based ABA therapy among their patients. Our purpose is to make meaningful changes in our clients' lives by focusing on their strengths and working together as a team to provide them with the skills to succeed.
