Billing and Collections Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Legal Billing Specialist to join our team in the San Antonio. This role offers a great opportunity with stability in a professional office work environment.

• Handle billing processes, daily accounting entries, and invoice preparation
• Maintain accurate financial and billing records
• Reviewing/finalizing attorney bills on a monthly basis
• Communicating with attorneys for clarification on billing inquiries
• Uploading bills to electronic billing sites
• Assist in collecting past due bills via e-mail, phone calls, or following up with copies of bills

• Three years of experience in a specialized billing role
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
• Experience with legal billing software is highly preferred
