Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity for an Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacist at University Health in San Antonio, TX. The role entails supporting inpatient pharmacy operations by leveraging the Epic Willow system, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical care best practices, and optimizing medication use and patient safety. Responsibilities include medication configuration, billing audit, Willow Inventory, configuration of new facility builds, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide safe, effective, and efficient patient care.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of

  • pharmacy practice, hospital workflows, and automation
  • Skills in compounding medications and ensuring a high standard of safety and precision as well as compliance with USP 797
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and other analysts
  • Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials in good standing (does not need to be a Texas license)
  • Previous experience with Epic Willow software is preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering patient‑centered and high‑quality care and best in class customer service
  • Ability to work on‑site in San Antonio, TX
