Physician Assistant

Duties

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients under the supervision of a physician
• Conduct physical examinations and take detailed medical histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
• Prescribe medications and other treatments
• Assist in surgical procedures and provide post‑operative care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• State licensure as a Physician Assistant
• Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in data management systems, such as Cerner
• Experience in senior care, addiction counseling, radiation therapy, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatment, or other specialized areas is a plus
