• Provide strategic leadership for all clinical and simulation components of the nursing curriculum.
• Supervise and mentor the Simulation Hospital Coordinator and Clinical Liaison.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate clinical and simulation experiences across all levels.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinical sites to ensure diverse, high-quality learning opportunities.
• Oversee compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback, and best practices in nursing education.

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Licensure: Unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in professional nursing, including clinical teaching and/or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of nursing education trends, simulation methodologies, and accreditation requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in clinical coordination, simulation operations, or partnership development.
