Little Spurs Autism Centers was created in 2022 when our sister company, Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, saw the increasing need for supportive, evidence‑based ABA therapy among their patients. Our purpose is to help clients shine by focusing on their strengths and working together as a team to provide them with the skills they need to succeed. We provide positive, client‑centered, and assent‑based ABA that is focused on working holistically with the client and their family to achieve their goals.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited program or university, preferably in social work, psychology, sociology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field; required.
• Must have a current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current Texas LBA certificate.
• 2–3 years of direct BCBA experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct leadership experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Responsible for the full implementation of an ABA program for an initial caseload of 9–13 clients, including completing initial and ongoing assessments, developing, monitoring, and adjusting client treatment plans and goals, ensuring parent guidance meetings are completed, and overseeing the implementation of these treatment plans.
• Supports the Regional Operations Director in hiring in‑home BCBAs and BCaBAs.
• Responsible for the appropriate and ethical transition of client caseloads to the in‑home BCBA team.
• Trains, onboard, and provides ongoing clinical mentorship and support for BCBAs and BCaBAs.
• Implements and monitors ongoing quality assurance measures and performance reviews for the clinical team, including key performance indicators such as monthly billable hours requirements.
• Facilitates and oversees center programs such as Circle Time, social skills groups, partnerships with outside agencies (e.g., UTSA Clinical Site program), and other related programs.
• Works alongside other BCBA Clinical Directors and Center Managers to create, implement, and oversee RBT clinical training, training workshops, student supervision, and unrestricted hours.
• Collaborates with operational and intake teams to assign BCBA caseloads and adjust caseloads as needed.
• Completes final review of all outgoing treatment plans for clinical quality prior to submission to insurance.
• Serves as the RBT Supervisor Coordinator.
• Attends continuing education (CE) events to maintain and increase knowledge and clinical skillset.
• Assists with clinic operations as needed, such as providing direct service, clinical support, etc.
• Assists with hiring, interviewing BTs/RBTs, marketing and outreach events, and other duties as assigned.
