Job Description
This position involves screening plasma donors and assisting with phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
About the roleEvery day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicines. A strong commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist.
How you will contribute- Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain focus on donor safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood‑borne pathogens (risk level 1).
- One or more years of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.

CompensationU.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, holidays, and well‑being benefits). Eligible employees may accrue up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year and new hires up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
