Job Summary and QualificationsSeeking a Rehab Supervisor for Methodist Hospital | Texsan who supervises entire Physical Therapy department and ensures that the care to patients is provided in accordance with the standards of care of the organization and meets the requirements or regulations of JACHO, Medicare, Medicaid, and appropriate licensing or certified boards. The supervisor is responsible for the quality of therapy service provided to patients and other customers.
Whatqualifications you will need:
- BS degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
- Prefer 3 years or more clinical experience.
- Experience in TQM/CQI is recommended.
- Membership in professional organization is desirable.
Required:
- Licensed Therapist in the State of Texas
