This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA at ABC, you will deliver evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress. You will also provide training and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with families to offer parent education and tailored resources.
Regular duties include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and ensuring best practices in therapeutic care.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
- Background in Psychology with an emphasis on behavior interventions
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Effective communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Passion for working with children diagnosed with autism and their families
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and implementing evidence‑based practices
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- License or certification aligned with Texas state regulatory requirements for BCBAs
