• Provide training to assigned virtual block specialist team members.
• Partner with Op-Ex to create training materials and standard operating procedures for career pathing.
• Support in interviewing and onboarding new hires.
• Optimize workflow training for Title Absent call reporting.
• Audit commercial, dealer, and specialty sales to maximize support for virtual block specialists.

• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience totaling 9 years.
• Valid driver's license required for safe driving.
• Strong communication and interaction skills for both in-person and virtual settings.
• Effective time management, client service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform 50% or more of daily job duties from on-site auction locations.

• Ability to provide guidance, training, and technical assistance to Virtual Block Specialists.
• Proficient computer and software skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical reasoning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
