- Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth and efficient clinical experience.
- Assist with rooming and chaperoning patients, collecting medical history, and taking vital signs.
- Prepare exam rooms for procedures and assist physicians during fertility procedures.
- Handle patient check-out, scheduling, and answer questions about next steps.
- Manage patient education materials, prescriptions, orders, and test kits.
- Provide injection teaching to patients and administer injections when necessary.
- Communicate laboratory results and physician orders to patients; explain next steps.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations to uphold quality standards.
- High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant or nursing assistant certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage patient flow and a smooth clinical experience.
- Attention to detail for accurately collecting patient information, preparing exam rooms, and quality control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency with computer software and tools relevant to the role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
