• Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth and efficient clinical experience.
• Assist with rooming and chaperoning patients, collecting medical history, and taking vital signs.
• Prepare exam rooms for procedures and assist physicians during fertility procedures.
• Handle patient check-out, scheduling, and answer questions about next steps.
• Manage patient education materials, prescriptions, orders, and test kits.
• Provide injection teaching to patients and administer injections when necessary.
• Communicate laboratory results and physician orders to patients; explain next steps.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations to uphold quality standards.

• High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant or nursing assistant certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage patient flow and a smooth clinical experience.
• Attention to detail for accurately collecting patient information, preparing exam rooms, and quality control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with computer software and tools relevant to the role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
