Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join their team in San Antonio, TX
. As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will be part of the Healthcare Business (HCBG) regulatory team supporting the spin‑off to the new independent healthcare company, Solventum. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Antonio, TX 78249

Schedule: Hybrid, Mon‑Fri, Normal Business Hours, Start In‑Office, Potential to work from home 1‑2 days per week depending upon training progress

Contract Duration: 12‑Month W2 Contract (Potential to extend and/or hire permanently (NO C2C!))

Pay Range: $23‑25/HR + Benefits

Job Description
  • Provide regulatory certificate support to external customers, including ISO 13485 certificates, EC certificates, and Declarations of Conformity.
  • Support with state licensing for medical devices and drug products by reviewing requirements and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Navigate the Board of Pharmacy websites to gather information on licensing procedures, renewals, and applications.
  • Manage document flow, including mailing, receiving, and obtaining signatures from multiple locations.
  • Assist with other regulatory activities as needed to support the team’s objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree MINIMUM;
    Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred) in a Science discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working within a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Some regulatory experience with drug and/or medical device products preferred.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
    .
