Always Best Care - - Responsibilities:
Obtain vital signs, record them, and notify the office of deviations according to standard practice.;
Provide personal care and hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing, hair care, shaving, skin care, nail care and oral hygiene; nails cutting or filing not performed).;
Assist with bed making, changing linens, eating, and maintaining adequate nutrition and fluids.;
Assist with ambulation, transfers, toileting/commode, and other transfers and positioning as needed.;
Perform incidental household services (light housekeeping, laundry) and document according to Plan of Care.
