Always Best Care - - Responsibilities:
Obtain vital signs, record them, and notify the office of deviations according to standard practice.;
Provide personal hygiene care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hair care, shaving, skin care; avoid Q-tips).;
Change bed linens and make the bed.;
Ambulation and transfers, including assistance to toilet/commode or bedpans.;
Incidental household services (light housekeeping, straightening room, laundry) as part of patient care.
