Always Best Care - - Responsibilities:
Obtain vital signs, record them, and notify the office of deviations according to standard practice;
Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, hair care, nail care, oral hygiene);
Change bed linens and make the bed; assist with ambulation and transfers;
Provide incidental household services including light housekeeping, straightening the room, and laundry; assist with nutrition and fluid intake;
Follow the Plan of Care, document appropriately, and report changes to the office
